1. Brief Information about the Journal
The existence of scientific journals and academic publications is regarded as one of the important strategic indicators of public and private educational institutions, contributing to their scholarly credibility, broad influence, recognition, and enhanced trust. Furthermore, the specialized and systematic organization of academic publications—carried out according to a defined scholarly plan and a clear methodology—constitutes a fundamental requirement for universities and educational institutions, one that must be pursued with due seriousness.
To this end, the Scientific Journal Directorate of Ghazni Technical University, in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and the principles and procedures of the Ministry of Higher Education's Directorate of Research, Compilation, and Translation, has developed the Zarkashan Journal of Engineering Studies (a scientific-research journal), which has likewise been approved by the Ministry of Higher Education's Directorate of Research, Compilation, and Translation.
The Zarkashan Journal of Engineering Studies will provide members of the academic staff, university faculty, researchers, and other individuals interested in engineering sciences with the opportunity to publish their scientific and research articles in accordance with academic standards. Likewise, this journal will serve as an effective and productive step toward resolving engineering and technical challenges, generating new research, exchanging scholarly experience, and advancing the engineering sciences.
